Providing port services, İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş. aspect;
  • To be a safe port in its region and a trade gateway to the world, with our service capacity and business standards, with the leading loading, discharging and warehouse services of the sector,

  • Working with our suppliers with the understanding of continuous business partnership, ensuring their compliance with the quality culture of our organization and their development through performance assesments,
  • To increase the performance of the management system to the targeted level with continuous improvement studies,
  • To carry out the necessary monitoring and measurements in order to avoid and minimize errors, that may reduce service quality performance in operation and business management,
  • We undertake that, to be in constant cooperation and communication with all our employees, stakeholders, neighbors, suppliers, visitors and the society.
